What shipping method do you use?

Our supplier partner uses carriers like USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to give our customers the best possible shipping experience. Our supplier will select the best carrier based on ship to location, quantity and items ordered.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs differ flat rate and based on the type and quantity of products in an order. See the final shipping costs during checkout

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

On average orders to the US will ship within 3-4 days business days after fulfillment. For Canada and Europe 5-20 days business days after fulfillment.

Depending on the ship from facility and choice of carrier by our supplier, your order may arrive on average between within 4 days or 10 days (20 days for Canada and Europe) after fulfillment. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.

During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 – 22 business days to ship.

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has shipped and you can login to your account on our site and view your shipping information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer Flat Rate shipping to Canada and Europe.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless your order is damaged or defective. If you received a defective item, we’ll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at customercare@gulagamerica.com for further information.

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please note we print every product when it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order.
